We follow Package Opening Video Policy

To ensure a fair and transparent return and refund process, we request all customers to record a clear uncut video while opening their package.

The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the sealed box, the opening process, and the product inside. This recording helps us verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery and allows us to provide quick support if there is any issue.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product and you have a proper unboxing video, we will take full responsibility and provide a suitable replacement or refund after verification.

Please note that returns, replacements, or refund requests related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products may not be accepted without a complete unboxing video as proof.

We recommend keeping the product, original packaging, and invoice safe until your request is reviewed and approved by our support team.

Our goal is to protect both our customers and our brand by maintaining a transparent and trustworthy shopping experience..

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
